PINPOINT TEST C: SINGLE POWER WINDOW IS INOPERATIVE - PASSENGER POWER WINDOW

C1-C4:

C4-C5:

Normal Operation
Under normal operation, when the driver window control switch is commanding the passenger window DOWN, voltage is sent to the passenger window control switch through circuit 313 (W/YE) and ground through circuit 314 (TN/LB). When UP is commanded, voltage and ground from the driver window control switch is reversed. Voltage is supplied to the passenger window control switch through circuit 400 (WH/LB). Ground is provided by the driver window control switch (at rest) through circuits 313 (W/YE) and 314 (TN/LB).

When the passenger window control switch commands the passenger window DOWN, voltage is sent to the passenger window control motor through circuit 333 (YE/RD) and ground through circuit 334 (RD/YE). When UP is commanded, voltage and ground from the passenger window control switch is reversed.

Possible Causes
- An open in circuit 400 (WH/LB), 313 (W/YE), 314 (TN/LB), 333 (YE/RD) or 334 (RD/YE)

- Passenger window control switch
- Passenger window motor
- Smart junction box (SJB)
