Normal Operation
The passive anti-theft transceiver receives voltage from the smart junction box (SJB) on circuit 1266 (RD/YE) and ground on circuit 570 (BK/WH). The PATS transceiver and the powertrain control module (PCM) communicate on circuits 1215 (WH/LG) and 1216 (GY/OG).

Possible Causes
- circuit 570 (BK) open
- circuit 1215 (WH/LG) open, short to ground or short to voltage
- circuit 1216 (GY/OG) open, short to ground or short to voltage
- circuit 1266 (RD/YE) open or short to ground
