Test B: All Door Locks Are Inoperative

PINPOINT TEST B: ALL DOOR LOCKS ARE INOPERATIVE

B1-B2:

Normal Operation
The smart junction box (SJB) receives voltage on circuit 1523 (DG). When the SJB receives a lock signal from a door lock control switch or a remote keyless entry (RKE) transmitter the SJB closes the lock relay control circuit. The lock relay closes supplying voltage to the door lock actuators on circuits 117 (PK/BK) and 1383 (RD) and ground on circuits 118 (PK/OG) and 1384 (LB) locking the doors. When the SJB receives an unlock signal from a door lock control switch or a remote keyless entry (RKE) transmitter the SJB closes the unlock relay control circuit. The lock relay closes supplying voltage to the door lock actuators on circuits 118 (PK/OG) and 1384 (LB) and ground on circuits 117 (PK/BK) and 1383 (RD) unlocking the doors.

Possible Causes
- circuit 1523 (DG) open
- SJB
