Normal Operation
Under normal operation, when the rear window defrost is ON, the exterior mirrors receive power from the heated grid relay through circuit CRD13 (GN/VT) and ground through circuit GD133 (BK).

Possible Causes
- Fuse
- Open in circuit GD133 (BK)
- Open in circuit CRD13 (GN/VT)
