Normal Operation
Under normal operation, the steering wheel control switches receive a ground from the electronic automatic temperature control (EATC) module through circuit RH111 (GY/BU). The EATC module senses the resistance (depending on what button is pressed) from the steering wheel control switches through circuit CH447 (YE/GY).

Possible Causes
- An open in circuit RH111 (GY/BU) or CH447 (YE/GY)
- A short together in circuit RH111 (GY/BU) and CH447 (YE/GY)
- Steering wheel control switch
- EATC module
