Normal Operation
Voltage is supplied to the parking aid sensors from the parking aid module on circuit 1439 (BN/PK). The parking aid module supplies ground to the parking aid sensors on circuit 1440 (DG/YE). The parking aid module receives a signal from the parking aid sensors on circuits 1444 (DB/YE), 1443 (WH/LB), 1442 (DG/WH) and 1441 (WH/LG).

DTC C1700 - sets when any of the left rear parking aid sensor circuits are open or the sensor signal line is shorted to ground.

DTC C1703 - sets when any of the right rear parking aid sensor circuits are open or the sensor signal line is shorted to ground.

DTC C1706 - sets when any of the left rear center parking aid sensor circuits are open or the sensor signal line is shorted to ground.

DTC C1709 - sets when any of the right rear center parking aid sensor circuits are open or the sensor signal line is shorted to ground.

Possible Causes
- Circuit 1439 (BN/PK) open or short to ground
- Circuit 1440 (DG/YE) open or short to ground
- Circuit 1441 (WH/LG) open or short to ground
- Circuit 1442 (DG/WH) open or short to ground
- Circuit 1443 (WH/LB) open or short to ground
- Circuit 1444 (DB/YE) open or short to ground
- Parking aid sensor(s)
- Parking aid bumper harness
- Parking aid module
