Normal Operation
The speed control actuator receives a signal from the speed control switches through circuit 8-PG13 (WH) and sends a return signal through circuit 9-PG13 (BN). Voltage is supplied to the speed control switches through circuit 15-PG13 (GN/YE). Voltage to the speed control actuator is supplied through circuit 15-PG12 (GN/WH) from the battery junction box (BJB). Ground for the speed control actuator is supplied through circuit 91-PG12 (BK/WH).

- Circuit 8-PG13 (WH) open, short to ground or voltage
- Circuit 9-PG13 (BN) open, short to ground or voltage
- Circuit 15-PG12 (GN/WH) open
- Circuit 15-PG13 (GN/YE) open
