Normal Operation
When the multifunction switch is in the LH TURN position, voltage is supplied to the instrument cluster from the generic electronic module (GEM) through circuit 49S-LG15 (BU/BK).

Possible Causes
- Circuit 49S-LG15 (BU/BK) open, short to ground or voltage
- GEM
- Instrument cluster.
