Oil Level Indicator and Tube

Removal
1. Remove the nut and the oil level indicator tube assembly.

Installation

1. NOTE: The end of the oil level indicator tube should be cleaned with metal surface prep before application of the sealant.

Coat the sealing surfaces of the oil level indicator tube with silicone gasket and sealant.





2. Install the oil level indicator tube assembly and nut.
^ Tighten to 18 Nm (13 ft. lbs).
