Test A: All Door Locks Are Inoperative From One Switch

Normal Operation
The smart junction box (SJB) monitors circuits CPL42 (GY/YE) and CPL43 (VT/GY) for a ground signal. If the door lock control switch connects circuit CPL42 (GY/YE) to ground circuit GD161 (BK/YE) or circuit GD175 (BK/BU) the doors lock. If the door lock control switch connects circuit CPL43 (VT/GY) to the ground circuit GD161 (BK/YE) or circuit GD175 (BK/BU) the doors unlock.

DTC B1309 - sets when the SJB senses a short to ground on circuit CPL42 (GY/YE).

DTC B1341 - sets when the SJB senses a short to ground on circuit CPL43 (VT/GY).

Possible Causes
- Circuit CPL42 (GY/YE) open or short to ground
- Circuit CPL43 (VT/GY) open or short to ground
- Circuit GD161 (BK/YE) open
- Circuit GD175 (BK/BU) open
- Door lock control switch(es)
- SJB
