The frame consists of 2 steel channel rails, a rear crossmember, a number of additional support crossmembers and a front crossmember.
The No.1A (4WD only) and the No.1 crossmembers are welded to the frame side rails. The remaining frame crossmembers are riveted and/or bolted into place.
