Parking Brake Cable - Front:

Removal and Installation
1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.
2. Remove the parking brake control.
3. Remove the driver side front seat.
4. Remove the 3 front parking brake cable bracket bolts.
^ To install, tighten to 23 Nm (17 lb-ft).
5. Disconnect the front parking brake cable from the RR parking brake cable connector by releasing the locking tab.





6. Disconnect the front parking brake cable conduit from the LR parking brake cable.





7. Release the front parking brake cable pass-through grommet from the vehicle underbody.
8. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
