Tests AF: The Instrument Cluster Is Inoperative

PINPOINT TEST AF: THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER IS INOPERATIVE

Normal Operation
With the ignition switch in the START or RUN position, the instrument cluster receives voltage from the smart junction box (SJB) through circuit CBP29 (WH/VT). With the ignition switch in the OFF position, the instrument cluster receives its keep-alive memory voltage from the SJB through circuit SBP26 (YE/RD). The instrument cluster logic ground is through circuit GD112 (BK/GN) and the bulb ground is through circuit GD114 (BK/BU).

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- Fuse(s)
- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- Instrument cluster
