POSITIVE CRANKCASE VENTILATION (PCV) VALVE







Removal and Installation
1. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation tube-to-PCV valve quick connect coupling.

2. CAUTION: A new positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) valve must be installed if removed from the valve cover. Damage will occur to the locking mechanism on the PCV valve upon removal.

Rotate the PCV valve counterclockwise and remove it from the valve cover.
- Discard the PCV valve.

3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
