Forward/Overdrive Clutch Assembly - Assembly





Assembly
1. Install the overdrive clutch pack onto the forward clutch and planetary gear set.





2. Install the intermediate shaft assembly.





3. NOTE: Inspect and install new thrust bearings as required.

Install the intermediate shaft bearing (T4).





4. Install the forward clutch and sun shaft assembly.





5. Install the direct clutch hub.





6. Install the direct clutch outer shell retaining ring.
