Sunroof / Moonroof: Description and Operation

ROOF OPENING PANEL

The roof opening panel control switch is located on the overhead console. The roof opening panel is equipped with one-touch open and one-touch close features. The roof opening panel will open to the comfort position first before opening all the way. The comfort position helps to reduce wind noise which may happen with the roof fully opened.

To open the roof opening panel, momentarily press the control switch and release. The roof opening panel will open to the comfort position. Press and release the control again to fully open the roof opening panel.

To close the roof opening panel, momentarily press the control switch and release.

The roof opening panel may also be opened or closed by pressing and holding the control switch until the roof opening panel is in the desired position.

To open the roof opening panel to the VENT position, the roof opening panel must be in the CLOSED position first. Press and hold the TILT control switch. To close, press and hold the rear or front control switch until the glass panel stops moving.
