INSPECTION AND VERIFICATION

1. Verify the customer concern.
2. Verify the exterior lighting system of the vehicle is operating correctly. If not, refer to the appropriate pinpoint test.
3. Visually inspect for obvious signs of electrical damage.

- 5 (40A) (trailer brake control module [TBCM])
- 12 (25A) (trailer tow parking lamps)
- 13 (30A) (trailer tow battery charge relay-switch side)
- 34 (25A) (trailer tow turn relays)
- 63 (15A) (trailer tow reversing lamps)

- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- Smart junction box SJB fuse 42 (10A) (trailer tow battery charge relay-coil side)
- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- Trailer tow turn/stop relays
- Trailer tow battery charge relays
- Trailer tow parking lamp relay
- TBCM
- Trailer
- SJB
