Test B: No Power In ACC

Normal Operation
When the ignition switch is placed in ACC, fused ignition voltage is sent to smart junction box (SJB) C2280f-3 along circuit CDC33 (VT/GN).
This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
^ Fuse(s)
^ Wiring, terminals or connectors
^ Ignition switch
^ SJB
