PINPOINT TEST Q: THE SPEED CONTROL INDICATOR IS NEVER/ALWAYS ON

Normal Operation
The speed control status information is sent to the instrument cluster (IC) from the PCM over the high speed controller area network (HS-CAN). When the speed control is engaged, the PCM provides a signal to the instrument cluster (IC) to illuminate the speed control indicator.

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- Speed control system concern
- PCM
- Instrument cluster (IC)
