All hydraulic functions are directed by electronic solenoids. The solenoids control:
^ static engagement feel.
^ shift feel.
^ shift scheduling.
^ modulated torque converter clutch (TCC) applications.
^ engine braking utilizing the coast clutch and bands.
^ manual 1st and 2nd timing.
^ reverse inhibit timing.
