Removal and Installation
1. Disconnect the windshield washer pump electrical connector.

Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious personal injury.

NOTE: To prevent spilling windshield washer fluid, drain fluid from the windshield washer reservoir before removal.

Disconnect washer fluid reservoir hose.

3. Remove the 3 washer fluid reservoir bolts.
- To install, tighten to 7 Nm (62 lb-in).

4. Remove the washer fluid reservoir.

5. CAUTION: When installing a new windshield washer pump, be careful not to damage the rubber grommet.

Remove the windshield washer pump.

6. CAUTION: Do not operate the washer pump prior to filling the windshield washer reservoir. Failure to follow these instructions may result in premature pump failure.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
