Cruise Control: Description and Operation
SPEED CONTROLWhen the speed control system is activated, the operator can maintain a selected vehicle speed between 48 and 200 km/h (30 and maximum vehicle speed) without pressing the accelerator pedal. The speed control does not work at speeds below 48 km/h (30 mph).
The vehicle speed control system consists of the following components:
- Speed control switch(es)
- Speed control deactivator switch
- Clutch pedal position (CPP) switch
- Stoplamp switch
- Speed control indicator
- PCM
