PINPOINT TEST B: THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER ILLUMINATION IS INOPERATIVE

Normal Operation
The dimmer switch sends a variable pulse-width modulated (PWM) voltage to the instrument cluster (IC) through circuit 19 (LB/RD). The IC is grounded through circuit 57 (BK).
