Test R: The Speed Control Indicator Is Never/Always On

PINPOINT TEST R: THE SPEED CONTROL INDICATOR IS NEVER/ALWAYS ON

Normal Operation
When the vehicle speed control is engaged, the PCM sends the instrument cluster (IC) a message over the high speed controller area network (HS-CAN) communication bus to illuminate the speed control indicator.

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- PCM
- Instrument cluster (IC)
