Test A: No Power in All Ignition Switch Positions

Pinpoint Test A: No Power in All Ignition Switch Positions
Refer to Vehicle/Diagrams, Power Distribution for schematic and connector information.

Normal Operation
The hot-at-all-times bus in the central junction box (CJB) receives battery voltage from the vehicle battery along circuit 1113 (YE/LG). The ignition switch receives fused battery voltage from CJB fuse 102 (20A) along circuit 1050 (LG/VT). The ignition switch then sends that voltage out to various systems depending on ignition switch position. The ignition switch has 4 possible states:
^ OFF - No power on any circuits
^ ACC - Power on circuit 297 (BK/LG)
^ RUN - Power on circuits 297 (BK/LG) and 964 (DB/LG)
^ START - Power on circuits 964 (DB/LG) and 32 (RD/LB)

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
^ Fuse
^ Wiring, terminals or connectors
^ Ignition switch
^ CJB
