PINPOINT TEST M: NO POWER TO THE SCAN TOOL

Normal Operation
The scan tool connects to the data link connector (DLC) to communicate with the controller area network (CAN), universal asynchronous receiver-transmitter (UART)-based protocol (UBP) communications network and the international standards organization (ISO) 9141 communications networks.

This pinpoint is intended to diagnose the following:
- Fuse
- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- Scan tool
