Window Glass - Rear, Power Sliding Panel

Glass assembly in vehicle

1. Position the sliding glass panel to the halfway OPEN position.

2. For regular and SuperCab vehicles, remove the headliner. For SuperCrew vehicles, lower and position the headliner forward.

3. If equipped, remove the tether anchor bolt and tether anchor.
- To install, tighten to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).





Glass assembly in or out of vehicle

4. Remove the upper rail filler.
- Pull down the driver side of the upper filler while carefully sliding it out of the track towards the driver side of the vehicle.





5. Push the sliding glass upward and tilt the bottom inward to disengage the sliding glass from the center bracket guide. Remove the sliding glass panel.

6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
