IGNITION LOCK CYLINDER - FUNCTIONAL







Removal and Installation
1. Remove the 3 screws and the lower steering column shroud.
2. Remove the passive anti-theft system (PATS) transceiver (if equipped).
3. Remove the ignition lock cylinder.
1 Insert the ignition key and turn to the RUN position.
2 Using a suitable tool, press the ignition lock cylinder release pin through the access hole while pulling out the ignition switch lock cylinder.







4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Verify ignition lock cylinder operation.
