HEATER CORE

Removal and Installation

NOTE:
- If a heater core leak is suspected, the heater core must be leak tested before it is removed from the vehicle. Testing and Inspection

- The heater core is not individually serviced. It is serviced only with the heater core and evaporator core housing. Housing Assembly HVAC

1. Remove the heater core and evaporator core housing.
2. Transfer the heater core and evaporator core housing components as needed.
3. Install the heater core and evaporator core housing.
