Removal
1. Remove the air cleaner outlet tube.
2. Remove the fan blade and the fan shroud.
3. Remove the accessory drive belt.
4. Remove the 4 bolts and the crankshaft pulley.
5. Remove the crankshaft bolt and the washer.
6. Using the special tool, remove the crankshaft damper.
Installation
1. Using the special tool, install the crankshaft damper.
^ Coat the sealing surfaces of the crankshaft damper with clean engine oil.
^ Coat the crankshaft damper keyway with silicone gasket and sealant.
^ Install the crankshaft damper.
2. Install the crankshaft bolt and the washer.
^ Tighten to 145 Nm (107 lb-ft).
3. Install the crankshaft pulley and 4 bolts.
^ Tighten to 63 Nm (46 lb-ft).
4. Install the drive belt.
5. Install the fan blade and the fan shroud.
6. Install the air cleaner outlet tube.
