Removal and Installation

1. Drain the cooling system.

2. Remove the air cleaner outlet tube.

3. Disconnect the upper radiator hose.

4. Remove the bolts, the thermostat outlet housing, and the thermostat.
- Inspect the O-ring seal, install a new O-ring seal if necessary.
- To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).

5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
