Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve: Service and Repair

POSITIVE CRANKCASE VENTILATION (PCV) VALVE







Removal and Installation
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Disconnect the PCV valve hose.
3. Disconnect the PCV valve electrical connector.

4. NOTE: A new PCV valve must be installed if removed from the cam cover.

Rotate to release and remove the PCV valve.

5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
