Headlamp: Service and Repair

HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY

Taurus:

Sable:

Taurus X:

Removal
1. Remove the front bumper cover.
2. Remove the 3 bolts (Taurus) or 4 bolts (Sable, Taurus X) and the headlamp assembly.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Installation
1. Connect the electrical connectors and position the headlamp assembly in place.
2. Install the headlamp assembly side bolt.
- Tighten to 7 Nm (62 lb-in).

3. Install the headlamp assembly front bolt.
4. Install the headlamp assembly top bolt(s).
5. Install the front bumper cover.
