ISSUE
Some 2007-2011 Edge and MKX vehicles built on or before 7/31/2011 may exhibit the carpet pulling out from under the right and/or left front scuff plate trim panels.
ACTION
Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition.
SERVICE PROCEDURE
1. Install the service kit on the affected side of the vehicle following the instruction sheet provided in the kit.
a. One (1) kit will be required for each side of the vehicle needing repair.
