Pinpoint Test I: An Individual Button/Feature Is Inoperative From The Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) Transmitter
Normal Operation
When any Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) transmitter button is pressed, the Smart Junction Box (SJB) receives and processes the command to provide the appropriate output.
The SJB disables the panic feature if the ignition key is in any position other than OFF or LOCK.
This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- Horn system
- Turn signal system
- RKE transmitter
