TRANSMISSION TEMPERATURE GAUGE DROPS TO COLD AT STOPS

ISSUE
Some 2009 F-150 vehicles may experience the transmission temperature gauge in the instrument cluster dropping to cold intermittently. This condition would only occur at idle with the transmission in gear.
ACTION
Reprogram the instrument cluster module (ICM) to the latest calibration using IDS release 60.13 and higher or 61.03 and higher. This new calibration is not included in the VCM 2009.5 DVD. Calibration files may also be obtained at the website.
