Removal and Installation

NOTICE: The blower motors for vehicles equipped with dual-zone Electronic Automatic Temperature Control (EATC) and vehicles equipped with Electronic Manual Temperature Control (EMTC) are not interchangeable. If the wrong blower motor is installed for the specific vehicle application, the blower motor circuit components will be damaged. Use only the correct blower motor listed for the specific vehicle application in the Ford Catalog Advantage(TM) or equivalent.

1. Remove the junction box cover.

2. Disconnect the blower motor electrical connector.

3. Remove the 3 blower motor screws.

4. Remove the blower motor.

5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
