Passive Anti-Theft System (PATS) Transceiver

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the 3 screws and the lower steering column shroud.

2. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the Passive Anti-Theft System (PATS) transceiver.

3. NOTE: Replacement of the PATS transceiver does not require the PATS keys to be programmed into the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) again.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
