Plenum Chamber

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the instrument panel. For additional information, refer to Instrument Cluster / Carrier &/or Interior Moulding / Trim. Service and Repair

2. Remove the evaporator core housing. For additional information, refer to Evaporator Core Housing Evaporator Core Housing.

3. Remove the 4 plenum chamber nuts and the plenum chamber.
- To install, tighten to 4 Nm (35 lb-in).





4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
