Radiator Grille Support









Removal

1. Remove the lower radiator grille opening panel reinforcement. For additional information, refer to Radiator Grille Opening Panel Reinforcement - Lower Radiator Grille Opening Panel Reinforcement - Lower.

2. Remove the transmission cooler-to-radiator grille support screws.

3. Remove the radiator grille support-to-transmission cooler screws.





4. Remove the radiator grille support-to-power steering cooler screws.





5. Detach the horn wiring harness from the RH radiator grille support.





6. Loosen the radiator grille support adjustment screws.





7. Remove the radiator grille support screws and the radiator grille supports.

Installation

1. Install the radiator grille supports and the radiator grille support screws.
- Tighten to 6 Nm (53 lb-in).

2. Attach the horn wiring harness to the RH radiator grille support.





3. Install the radiator grille support-to-power steering cooler screws.
- Tighten to 6 Nm (53 lb-in).





4. Install the radiator grille support-to-transmission cooler screws.





5. Install the lower radiator grille opening panel reinforcement. For additional information, refer to Radiator Grille Opening Panel Reinforcement - Lower Radiator Grille Opening Panel Reinforcement - Lower.

6. Tighten the radiator grille support-to-adjustment screws to 6 Nm (53 lb-in).
