Removal and Installation

1. Separate the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) opening trim from the upper steering column shroud.

2. Pull upward on the rearward portion of the upper steering column shroud to separate the clips from the lower steering column shroud.
- Roll the upper steering column shroud upward on the hinge point and then pull straight rearward to remove the upper steering column shroud.


3. Remove the 3 screws and the lower steering column shroud.
- To install, tighten to 3 Nm (27 lb-in).


4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
