Door Glass Top Run - Front

Removal and Installation

NOTE: The power window regulator motor must be initialized whenever the LF/RF (Navigator) or LF (Expedition) motor is removed from the vehicle. For additional information, refer to Window Motor Initialization Service and Repair .

1. Remove the front door window glass. For additional information, refer to Window Glass - Front Door Window Glass - Front Door.

2. Remove the inside glass weatherstrip.





3. Remove the front door glass channel bolt and front door glass top run.
- To install, tighten to 11 Nm (97 lb-in).





4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- The power window regulator motor must be initialized whenever the LF/RF (Navigator) or LF (Expedition) motor is removed from the vehicle. For additional information, refer to Window Motor Initialization Service and Repair.
