Seat Cushion Cover - Rear, Crew Cab

Removal and Installation

NOTE: For parts identification and location, refer to Seat - Exploded View, Rear, Crew Cab Seat - Exploded View, Rear, Crew Cab.

NOTE: 40 percent seat shown, 60 percent similar.

1. Remove the seat. For additional information, refer to Seat - Rear, Crew Cab, 40 Percent Seat - Rear, Crew Cab, 40 Percent or Seat - Rear, Crew Cab, 60 Percent Seat - Rear, Crew Cab, 60 Percent.

2. If equipped, pry up to release the retainers and remove the accessory hook from the cushion bottom side.

3. Pry up to release the retainers and remove the latch bezel from the cushion bottom side.

4. Remove the screw and outboard side shield.

5. Detach the latch cable clamp.

1. Rotate cable end to align with the slot in the clamp.

2. Pull the cable end through the slot and separate from the clamp.





6. If equipped, disconnect the cushion heater mat electrical connector.

7. NOTICE: Use care when separating the seat cushion cover from the hook-and-loop strip or the hook-and-loop strip can be torn from the foam pad.

Release the J-clip(s) and partially invert the cushion cover.

- For 60 percent seat, remove the hog ring from the safety belt buckle sleeve.

- Route the latch release cable through the cushion cover flap.

8. Remove all the hog rings and cushion cover.

9. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Make sure the lower anchors and tethers for children are accessible.
