Headliner - SuperCrew









Removal

1. Remove the front passenger seat. For additional information, refer to Seating Seat - Front.

2. Remove the driver seat. For additional information, refer to Seating Seat - Front.

3. Remove the floor console. For additional information, refer to Instrument Panel and Console Console - Floor.

4. Remove the A-pillar trim panel. For additional information, refer to A-Pillar Trim Panel A-Pillar Trim Panel.

5. Reposition the B-pillar trim panels. For additional information, refer to B-Pillar Trim Panel - SuperCrew B-Pillar Trim Panel - SuperCrew.

6. Reposition the C-pillar trim panels. For additional information, refer to C-Pillar Trim Panel C-Pillar Trim Panel.

7. Remove the overhead console. For additional information, refer to Instrument Panel and Console Console - Overhead.

8. Remove the sun visor clip screws and clips.





9. Remove the LH and RH sun visors.
- Remove the sun visor screws.

- Reposition the sun visor and disconnect the electrical connector.





10. Open the garment hook screw cover.





11. Remove the garment hook screw and remove the hook.





12. Remove the headliner pin-type retainers.





13. If equipped, disconnect the mirror electrical connector and the rain sensor.





14. Disconnect the headliner electrical connectors.





15. With the aid of an assistant, remove the headliner through the passenger door.

16. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Installation

1. Position the headliner in the vehicle so that the sun visor and coat hook openings are aligned.

2. Install the LH and RH sun visors.
- Reposition headliner and connect electrical connector.

- Install the sun visor retainer screws.





3. Install the sun visor clip and sun visor clip screws.





4. Install the garment hooks and garment hook screws.





5. Close the garment hook screw covers.





6. If equipped with a roof opening panel, secure the hook-and-loop tape around the front edge of the roof opening panel and then secure the back edge of the roof opening panel so that it is flush and the headliner does not sag. If sagging occurs, loosen the sun visors and coat hooks to realign the headliner. Retighten the sunvisors and coat hooks.

7. Install the headliner pin-type retainers.





8. Connect the headliner electrical connectors.





9. If equipped, connect the mirror electrical connector and the rain sensor.





10. Install the overhead console. For additional information, refer to Instrument Panel and Console Console - Overhead.

11. Install the A-pillar trim panel. For additional information, refer to A-Pillar Trim Panel A-Pillar Trim Panel.

12. Install the B-pillar trim panels. For additional information, refer to B-Pillar Trim Panel - SuperCrew B-Pillar Trim Panel - SuperCrew.

13. Install the C-pillar trim panels. For additional information, refer to C-Pillar Trim Panel C-Pillar Trim Panel.

14. Install the floor console. For additional information, refer to Instrument Panel and Console Console - Floor.

15. Install the driver seat. For additional information, refer to Seating Seat - Front.

16. Install the front passenger seat. For additional information, refer to Seating Seat - Front.
