ISSUE
Some 2011 F-Super Duty vehicles built on or before 11/4/2010 may exhibit a driver's power/memory seat that is inoperative in all directions, diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) B1663, B1664, B1665, or B1666 may be stored in the driver's seat module (DSM). The seat might not move if the seat switch is twisted to activate both the front tilt and rear lift motors at the same time. Lastly, when the mirror glass is manually adjusted from the last recalled memory position, it may automatically return to the stored memory position upon removing or inserting the key into the ignition.

ACTION
Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition.
