Inspect
    Wheels
Inspect wheels and related components for abnormal noise, wear, looseness or drag, if not using Special Operating conditions.
    Vehicle
      Perform multi-point inspection (recommended).
    Universal Joint, Drive/Propeller Shaft
Inspect and Lubricate U-joints and if using Special Operating conditions D and O.
    Tie Rod End
Inspect and lubricate ball joints and tie rods (if equipped with grease fittings) and if using Special Operating conditions D and O.
    Steering and Suspension
Inspect and lubricate steering linkage, ball joints, suspension, tie rod ends, driveshaft, front axle U-joints (4WD vehicles). Inspect and lubricate steering linkage.
    Fluid - A/T
      Inspect automatic transmission fluid level.
    Exhaust System
Inspect exhaust system and heat shields.
    Drive Belt
Inspect accessory drive belt(s). Initial inspection at 90,000 miles (144,000 km), then every 15,000 miles (24,000 km) thereafter until replacement at 150,000 (240,000 km).
    Diesel Particle Filter (DPF)
The DPF may need to be removed for ash cleaning at approximately 120,00 miles or greater (actual milage can vary greatly depending upon engine/vehicle operating conditions) and replaced with a new or remanufactured (ash cleaned) part.
    Cooling System
Inspect concentration (freeze-point protection) and additive strength (corrosion inhibitor) (add engine coolant additive, if required), if using Special Operating Conditions T, I, D, O, E.
    Brakes and Traction Control
Inspect brake pads, shoes, rotors, drums, brake linings, hoses, and parking brake, if not using Special Operating conditions or if using Special Operating conditions D and O.
    Ball Joint
Inspect and lubricate ball joints and tie rods (if equipped with grease fittings) and if using Special Operating conditions D and O.
    Air Cleaner Restriction Indicator
Inspect air filter restriction gauge (replace air filter as required or when air filter restriction gauge indicates), if using Special Operating conditions D and O. Inspect air filter restriction gauge, replace filter as necessary, if not using Special Operating conditions.
Replace
    Wheel Bearing
Replace front wheel bearing grease and grease seal on 4X2 vehicles (if non-sealed bearings are used), if not using Special Operating conditions. Replace wheel bearing grease and grease seals on 4X2 wheel bearings (if non-sealed bearings are used), if operated in sustained ambient temperatures below -10 degrees (-23 C) or above 100 degrees (38 C), or using Special Operating conditions D, T, and O.
    Oil Filter, Engine
Change engine oil if not using special operating conditions and if using Special Operating conditions D and O. Replace oil filter every 5000-7499 miles (8000-11999 km) or 200-299 engine hours, if using Special Operating Conditions T and I.
    Fuel Filter
Change engine- and frame-mounted fuel filters, if using Special Operating Conditions T, I, D, O, E.
    Fluid - Transfer Case
Change transfer case fluid (4X4 only), if operated in sustained ambient temperatures below -10 degrees (-23 C) or above 100 degrees (38 C) or if using Special Operating condition T.
    Filters
Replace climate-controlled seat filter (if equipped).
    Engine Oil
Change engine oil every 2500 miles (4000 km) or 3 months (if using high sulfur fuel with more than 500 ppm sulfur), if use of non-Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) fuel-Vehicles operated where ULSD fuel is not required/not available. Change engine oil if not using special operating conditions and if using Special Operating conditions D and O. Replace engine oil every 5000-7499 miles (8000-11999 km) or 200-299 engine hours, if using Special Operating Conditions T and I.
Service or Charge
    Diesel Emissions Fluid (DEF) System
Refill diesel exhaust fluid tank, if not using Special Operating Conditions.
Rotate
    Tires
Roate tires, inspect tires for wear and measure tread depth and inspect wheel ends for endplay and noise, if using Special Operating Conditions D and O. Vehicles equipped with dual rear wheels should only rotate if unusual wear is observed. Rotate tires, inspect tire wear and measure tread depth, if not using Special Operating conditions. Vehicles equipped with dual rear wheels should only rotate if unusual wear is observed.
Flush
    Coolant
Flush and refill engine coolant, if using Special Operating Conditions T, I, D, O, E. Do not add engine coolant additive.
