Removal and Installation

NOTE: For vehicles with navigation, the Global Positioning System (GPS) is integral to the satellite radio antenna. Follow this procedure for removal and installation of the GPS antenna.

All vehicles

1. Remove the 2 screws and the LH sun visor.
- Disconnect the electrical connector, if equipped.

2. Remove the interior lamp. For additional information, refer to Interior Lighting Service and Repair.

All vehicles

3. Remove the overhead console, if equipped. For additional information, refer to Instrument Panel and Console Service and Repair.

4. Remove the LH A-pillar trim panel. For additional information, refer to Interior Trim and Ornamentation A-Pillar Trim Panel.

5. Disconnect the satellite radio antenna cable electrical connector.

6. NOTE: Lower the headliner to gain access to the satellite radio antenna bolt.

Loosen the bolt and remove the satellite radio antenna.

- To install, tighten to 7 Nm (62 lb-in).

7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
