Flywheel





Removal

1. Remove the clutch disc and pressure plate. For additional information, refer to Clutch Service and Repair.

2. Remove the 6 bolts and the flywheel.
- Discard the bolts.

Installation

1. Align the flywheel and crankshaft using the dowel pin location hole and install the new bolts finger tight.





2. Install the Flywheel Holding Tool.





3. Tighten the bolts in the sequence shown in 2 stages:
- Stage 1: Tighten to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).

- Stage 2: Tighten an additional 80 degrees.





4. Install the clutch disc and pressure plate. For additional information, refer to Clutch Service and Repair.
