Removal and Installation

1. Using a suitable tool, disconnect the clutch master cylinder rod from the clutch pedal pin.

2. Remove the LH cowl side trim panel.

3. Remove the 3 parking brake release bolts.
- To install, tighten to 20 Nm (177 lb-in).

4. Remove the parking brake control bolts, position the parking brake control aside.
- To install, tighten to 20 Nm (177 lb-in).

5. Remove the retaining ring, slide the clutch pedal from the clutch and brake pedal support.

6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Inspect the bushings for wear or damage, install new bushings as necessary.

- Lubricate the clutch pedal shaft with grease.
