Oil Level Indicator and Tube













Removal

1. Remove the Air Cleaner (ACL) and the ACL (Air Cleaner) outlet pipe.

2. Remove the LH exhaust manifold. For additional information, refer to Exhaust Manifold- LH Exhaust Manifold - LH.

3. Remove the nut, the bolt and the oil level indicator and tube.
- Discard the O-ring seal.


4. Inspect the oil level indicator tube for damage.

Installation

1. NOTE: Lubricate the O-ring seal with clean engine oil prior to installation.

Using a new O-ring seal, position the oil level indicator and install the bolt and the nut.

- Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).


2. Install the LH exhaust manifold. For additional information, refer to Exhaust Manifold- LH Exhaust Manifold - LH.

3. Install the ACL (Air Cleaner) outlet pipe and the ACL (Air Cleaner).
